Ingredients :-
1 Cup Green Pulse (half grind)
2 Cup wheat (half grind)
1/2 Cup Chopped Potatoes
1 Cup Green Peas
1 Cup Finely Chopped Green Beans
1/2 Cup Sprouted and boiled Grams
1/4 Cup Diced Capsicum
1 Cup Chopped Onion
4 –5 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tbsp Chili - Ginger Paste
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Chili Powder
Salt to taste
To fry the spices :-
1 Pcs Cinnamon , 3 Cloves ,
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida. 3 Tbsp Ghee
Method :-
First of all wash half girnd wheat and half grind Green pulse with water and then let them soak in water for half an hour. Now drain the water and put it a side.
Take 5 cup of water and boil chopped Green Beans in it and drain it too. Heat 3 Tbsp of Ghee in a cooker and then add Cinnamon, Clove, Cummins, and Asafoetida in it and let them crackled.
Now add Garlic paste in it and mix it well. Then add chopped Onion and keep mixing it, gradually add Half Grind Wheat, Half Grind Green pulse, chopped Potatoes and all the Vegetables and Spices. Sauté it for 5 to 6 minutes.
Now add the hot water (in which the green beans were boiled) and close pressure cooker. Let it whistled for 4 to 5 times. Take it off from gas stove. Let it be a little cool.
Now open the cooker and and add 1 Tsp of ghee and mix it slowly.
Take out in serving bowl, Garnish it with pomegranate seeds, fresh cream and coriander leaves.
Serve it hot with green chutney or curd.
